Terms & Conditions
1-The client must be minimum 25 years old to be able to book accommodation with Privilege Homes. Throughout the whole stay a person with a minimum age of 25 years should be part of the party. A valid identification document with photograph must be showed on arrival.
2-After completing your booking a confirmation of availability will be sent with instructions of payments. A confirmation deposit of 25% of the total amount must be paid within 3 days. Balance must be settled until 6 weeks before arrival.
3-A valid credit card will be requested to cover the breakage/damage deposit. This deposit can also be paid in cash and will be returned at the end of the stay after inspection of the property.
Apartment – 300 euros // Villa– 400 euros
October until May: 3 nights
June and September: 5 nights
July and August: 7 nights
5-All rates are per property / per night and can be changed without previous notice, this does not affect confirmed booking. The rates include departure cleaning, laundry, maintenance, water, gas and electricity and the use of all the equipment available at the property.
6-All prices include legal taxes.
7-After the booking is confirmed and the confirmation deposit paid, the following penalties will apply in case of cancellation:
8- In the eventuality of a booking needed to be cancelled by Privilege Homes less than 6 weeks of arrival, an alternative accomodation will be offered. More than 6 weeks, Privilege Homes reserves the right to cancel any booking with no compensation.
9-Check-in is from 16h00, a supplement of 35 Euros will apply for arrivals between 21h00 to 00h00 and 50 Euros between 00h00 to 07h00.
10-Check-out is at the latest 11am.
11-Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by Privilege homes.
12-The property needs to be tidy before the inspection by Privilege homes. The following items needs to be checked:
13- Privilege homes can not be responsible for any anomalies that may occur in the property or in common areas of the building as long as the responsibility is held by the condominium administration company: Examples: swimming pool, TV Aerials, elevators, sanitation...
14-Privilege homes cannot be responsible for any stolen objects inside or outside the properties during the client stay.
15-Pets are not allowed in the properties
16-Smoking is not allowed inside the properties
17-Maid duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping or mopping floors and wiping kitchens surfaces.Washing of clothes, dishes or ironing are not part of their duties.
18-Towels on the floor will not be replaced.
19-If there is stains or make up on the towels, a fee will be deducted from the security deposit as below:
20- In case of special offers, only one discount is applicable per booking.
