This charming two-bedroom apartment is located in the Arte Nova Resort, in the fishing village of Fuseta, east of Olhão. Relatively unspoilt, the town offers plenty of open-air restaurants serving grilled fresh fish at the side of the small harbour and unique experiences like seeing fisherman loading or unloading their boats for the day. Apart from the various local supermarkets throughout this picturesque town, the municipal market located near the harbour also offers a huge variety of local and fresh products, including fish and seafood.
Very spacious and comfortably furnished, the apartment sleeps 4 people and features an open space area with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a bright living / dining room with a privileged view of the sea and of the Ria Formosa lagoon.
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with shower, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The second bathroom also with shower is located in the hallway.
With a southward orientation, the apartment offers a wide balcony with table and chairs with great sun exposure most of the day and a spectacular water view where you can admire a marvellous sunset. It is ideal for year-round occupation.
Two bicycles are available in the apartment for guests' use free of charge.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided, as well as International TV channels and free wifi.
It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings.
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by stairs.
Due to its location and for an enjoyable stay, it is highly recommended to have a car. Parking is available in front of the apartment’s block entrance.
