You must be at least 25 years old to make a booking with us on our website, on the telephone. The person making the booking will become the lead passenger and must travel on the holiday.
A confirmation deposit of 25% of the total amount must be paid within 3 days of the day of the booking.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. You may pay by bank transfer or by Paypal, please note that all Paypal payments are subject to service charges of 3,4%.
All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided. Bath towels are provided: one hand and one bath towel per person. You will need to take your own beach towels to use around the pool, unless otherwise stated within the property description.
Maid service is not included in the accommodation but can be provided on request for a fee.
all accommodation types will have iron and ironing boards.
Yes – the accommodation will be fitted with local plug sockets so you will need to provide your own adaptors for any electrical items you take with you.
Details regarding your key collection will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to your arrival together with your accommodation guest information.
You may occupy your accommodation before 16:00 local time if the the cleaners have finish to prepare for your arrival. Please alway check with our local manager if that is the case.
This is not possible as the accommodation will need to be cleaned and prepared for the next guest.
